For many, the best of all the bad guys around in the Star Wars universe in Darth Vader because of the outfit and all the iconic scenes he is in but the character of General Grievous should not be overlooked here: for one thing, who else can go around wielding four lightsabers at once and make it look so cool? This unique selling point means that the designers of the LEGO Star Wars General Grievous Building kit had one very important job to do in its manufacture – create two arms that can be separated into 4 working, independent limbs that are posable and realistic. Luckily for collectors, this is precisely what they did and each arm can be positioned into a menacing pose, complete with its own lightsaber, while players also put the rest of this 11 inch tall body into the perfect fighting stance.
General Grievous LEGO Model
As a character from Episode 3: Revenge of the Sith, the character of General Grievous can be a little overlooked in favor of some of the other characters from earlier in the franchise’s history but there is no doubt that this carefully crafted model will stand well against other models on the shelf, or in epic battles. As fans, point out this sort of robotic characters suits this large scale LEGO builds perfectly so he ends up looking much more realistic than many other models in the range. If your child has a larger version of Skywalker, Han Solo or another hero and needs some new battles to create, this unusual foe could be a great match. There is no concern about committing this model to the sort of high-speed fight that Grievous is used to because this model promises to be tough enough to last and should really bring a whole new style of play to the scene.
