LEGO Star Wars 9516 Jabba’s Palace

With the LEGO Star Wars Jabba’s Palace set, exciting scenes that happened in Jabba the Hutt’s palace from the Star Wars film Return of the Jedi can be realistically recreated. This LEGO set comes with Jabba’s Palace, a poseable Jabba the Hutt and eight other mini figures. Han Solo is included, as well as a version of Han Solo frozen in carbonite. In 2013, LEGO released a newer version of Jabba’s Sail Barge. This version comes with Jabba’s sail barge that measures 16 inches in length, rolling wheels, and a removable deck. The sides of the barge fold down as with the original version and it also contains a pirate cannon, a deck cannon, two flick missiles, and a kitchen. Princess Leia is included in her slave outfit, as well as Jabba the Hutt and R2-D2 with his serving tray.

The other mini figures in this set are Max Rebo, Weequay (a skiff guard) and Ree-Yees. The mini figures also come with weapons that include an axe and a blaster. R2-D2 and Princess Leia are trying to devise a plan to escape the clutches of the evil crime lord, and they may be able to find a way out through one of the windows on the sail barge. This set is different from the 2006 version, but with just a little bit of imagination, you can faithfully recreate exciting scenes from the Star Wars movie.

LEGO 6210 Star Wars Jabba’s Sail Barge

This LEGO Star Wars Jabba the Hutt Sail Barge set was released in 2006 and is the original version of Jabba’s sail barge. The sail barge measures over 18 inches in length when fully assembled. This set comes complete with a Sarlaac pit and a desert skiff. Jabba has managed to enslave Princess Leia on the barge, but she won’t be a slave for long when her friends come to rescue her. In addition to the barge, pit and skiff, these sets include eight mini figures.

Princess Leia is included in her slave outfit, as well as Jabba the Hutt, Han Solo, Luke Skywalker, Boba Fett, R2-D2, and a Gamorrean guard. It also includes Lando Calrissian cleverly disguised as a guard. The sides of the sail barge open to reveal the chambers that rest inside. It also comes with a laser cannon, a swiveling gun, and a catapult. Even though Jabba has the princess chained to his side, Luke Skywalker is prepared to break those chains with the help of his friends and his lightsaber.
